Privacy Policy
There are no accounts and no payments here, so we hold no personal data about you. What does run is two analytics tools and Google’s ad script — this page says exactly what each one sees.
Effective .
What we never collect
- No accounts, logins or passwords — there is nothing to sign up for.
- No payments. We never ask for card or billing details.
- No newsletter or email list.
- No game accounts are ever linked, and we never ask for your in-game credentials.
Analytics
Two tools measure traffic so we know which guides are worth maintaining:
- Plausible, self-hosted by us. It is cookieless, aggregates everything and never builds a profile of an individual visitor.
- Google Analytics 4, which does set cookies and reports pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser to Google under its own privacy policy.
Advertising
The site is funded by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to select and measure ads, which can include personalised advertising based on your prior browsing. We do not receive that data and we cannot see who you are from it. You can review or switch off personalised ads in Google’s My Ad Center.
The tools stay in your browser
The damage calculator, auction price ledger and submission forms keep everything in your own browser’s local storage. None of it is uploaded to us — clearing your site data deletes it permanently, so export anything you want to keep. Build and map-marker submissions are the one exception, and only when you choose to send one: they are handed off to our public repository, where they become publicly visible.
Hosting, your choices and changes
The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs — including IP addresses — for delivery and security. Because we hold no account data, there is no profile of you for us to export or delete; to remove what is stored on your side, clear this site’s data in your browser, and use the Google and AdSense controls above for the rest. Blocking cookies or using an ad blocker does not stop any guide or tool from working.
If this policy changes, the effective date above moves with it. Questions about anything here are welcome.
