1 October 2026 update
Updated 2026-10-02

Cirrus Sword

Clear Skies raises Emma's and Koo's damage together. The gap between the sources is at its widest here: Fextralife states ×1.07 for fifteen seconds, Game8 states ×1.02 for five. Both the magnitude and the duration move, which is why the enhancement read covers duration too rather than attack alone.

When to use it

The most-recommended early sword outside this site as well as on it — Dualshockers picks it first for the same reason, that a buff applying to Koo as well as Emma is worth more than a raw damage line in a game where the dog is half your output. Take the ×1.07/15s figure as the ceiling, not the number you have now.

Where it sits in the weapon catalogue

  • Its published attack figure is "51 enhanced (Fextralife) / 27 base (Game8)". Eight of the other 21 catalogued Sword entries print exactly the same figure — Mechblade (Standard), Purifier Blade, Purity, Hunter's Sword, Resonance Sword and Hazebringer and two more — so the number is not what separates them. Element and location are.
  • It deals Impact, which one other catalogued weapons also do: Camellia. What each damage type actually does is the page that argues the swap.
  • Its location puts it in Ogouchi Buffer Zone, in the Kanto Region — the segment this site indexes as Chapter 1, first of the 13 marked segments after the prologue.
